The beneficiaries enrolled under the “Health Card 2026” project shall be entitled to receive
various healthcare support benefits, medical assistance facilities, and allied welfare services as may be introduced, modified, or approved by the First Party from time to time under the project framework.
The proposed benefits of the Health Card may include the following facilities:
1. Death Insurance Coverage
Subject to the applicable terms, eligibility conditions, and policy guidelines of the
associated Insurance Company, the registered Health Card holder may receive
insurance coverage up to Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) in case of accidental
death or other covered circumstances as defined under the applicable insurance
policy terms.
2. Medical Consultation Support
Health Card holders may receive assistance in obtaining consultation support, medical
coordination, appointment facilitation, and guidance regarding treatment services
available through the First Party or associated healthcare network.
3. Discount and Rebate on Medicines
The registered beneficiaries may receive special rebate, discount, or concession
facilities on purchase of medicines, diagnostic services, and selected healthcare
products from authorized or associated nearby medical stores, pharmacies, and
healthcare partners connected with the project network.
4. Health Check-up and Camp Facilities
Beneficiaries may become eligible to participate in periodic health awareness camps,
basic health check-up programs, medical counselling sessions, and preventive
healthcare initiatives organized under the project.
5. Digital Health Identification Support
The Health Card may function as a healthcare identification and registration support
document for availing eligible project-related services and healthcare coordination
benefits
6. Emergency Coordination Assistance
In emergency medical situations, the card holder may receive coordination support
and guidance for accessing available healthcare facilities subject to operational
availability
7. Future Additional Benefits
The First Party reserves the right to introduce additional healthcare, insurance,
diagnostic, pharmacy, wellness, or welfare-related facilities for Health Card holders
from time to time according to project expansion and policy decisions.
All benefits and facilities under the Health Card shall remain subject to verification, eligibility
conditions, operational availability, insurance policy terms, and the rules framed by the First
Party and associated service providers
